Planning a birthday surprise for my daughter at Cinderella's Royal Table. She is turning two, and loves Cinderella. We are paying on our own. I want her to be able to get the wand. Does she have to be three, or can we order her a meal and get one for her?

    Hi Amber,

If you are not on the Disney DIning Plan, you can absolutely purchase a child's meal for your birthday princess.  Either way, she will surely get a wand during your dinner!  Happy birthday to your princess-in-training!
