Hi Laura! November is not a high season for the water parks at Walt Disney World. However, it is always impossible to know what the crowds will do on any given day of the year. To get a prime seat or umbrella table it is always a good thing to arrive as early as possible. With little ones Tikes Peak is definitely the place to be and there are some nice areas for families to deposit their things and still have an eye on some of the water attractions.

I suggest go early and then relax and enjoy as much of the day as possible. It might be cool at first but if a prime spot is important I wouldn't risk waiting until later in the day. It becomes stressful worrying about it and you shouldn't have to stress on vacation!
