    We are planning a B2B cruise in November. We would like to take the motorcoach from POP to the cruise terminal. My question is are the motorcoaches handicap accessible? My mother uses a walker and can not do stairs.

    When you have booked your cruises and are ready to book your ground transportation from your Walt Disney World Resort Hotel to Port Canaveral, you will need to contact Disney Cruise Line to speak to a representative. You can make your accessibility request at that time. 

    Rebecca, the Information for Guests with Disabilities of Medical Conditions is a great resource to download and review as you are planning your cruises.  It includes accessibility information for each ship as well as Disney Castaway Cay.
