    I am planning a babymoon to Disney! Do the resort hotels still offer complimentary pins and would they be able to do this?

    Congratulations, Samantha! This is such an exciting time! I’m glad to hear that you want to celebrate your “babymoon” at the Most Magical Place on Earth!

    Yes, Guests are still able to request complimentary buttons for just about any celebration! There are specific buttons for celebrations such as birthdays, weddings, and first visits. And there is a more general button that states, “I’m celebrating…” followed by a space for you to write your specific celebration! Guests can pick up their complimentary buttons at their Walt Disney World Resort hotel or at Guest Relations in the Disney Parks! 

    Here is a PRO TIP for you, Samantha! If visiting Magic Kingdom Park, you can take your button to Ye Olde Christmas Shop where, for a small fee, a Cast Member will beautifully customize your button! Some of my planDisney friends and I recently had this done when we celebrated filming a planDisney podcast!

    Also, Samantha, while visiting, if you happen to notice a mandrill named Rafiki, please be aware that he has been known to present babies to large public audiences in a celebratory manner! This is usually accompanied by large flocks and herds of animals joyously celebrating as triumphant music plays! Welcome to the Circle of Life!
