Hi! We are planning our baby girl's first Disney experience and will be there from dec 1 - 10. She will be 19 months old then. We would like to purchase the annual pass with hotel stay but can't seem to book dining plan with that. What am I doing wrong?

    Hi Christine,

I have an idea why you may be experiencing difficulty booking your dining plan.  We experienced something similar when we planned our Disney vacation last September.  While Annual Pass Holders are entitled to add the Disney Dining Plan to their vacation plans, this is typically possible only if you are staying at a Disney resort on an Annual Pass rate.  You may need to choose a different resort to find a room available at an Annual Pass rate.  Or, you may simply need to wait until closer to December to book your trip as Annual Pass rates are not released more than just a few months in advance.

My advice to you would be to call the Disney Travel Office at (407) W-DISNEY or a Disney-savvy travel agent of your choosing to help you navigate the booking process with an Annual Pass. Consider booking a vacation package now for early December without an Annual Pass rate.  Then you have the option of altering your reservation to an Annual Pass rate when they are released.

Let us know if you need any additional advice as you put together your exciting vacation plans.   We'd be happy to help every step of the way.

Thank you for posting your question to the Moms Panel.
