Planning on attending the Star Wars Half Marathon in April 2016. Does each host hotel have a designated bus for transportation to the Star Wars Half Marathon? Or are the buses run on a loop

    Hi, David!

I'm happy to hear you are ready to take on The Dark Side at Walt Disney World® Resort this April during the inaugural Star Wars Half Marathon Weekend - The Dark Side.

All Walt Disney World® Resort Hotels are considered "host resorts" for this galactic race weekend. What this means is event transportation will be provided from the resorts to all race activities, including the runDisney Health & Fitness Expo.

All resorts will have dedicated event transportation, though there are a few that will "share" a bus due to being in such close proximity of each other. For example, Disney's Yacht & Beach Club Resorts share a bus to the race. Buses will run every 15- 20 minutes from the resorts to start zone.

I hope this helps to answer your question, David! Please let me know if you should have any additional questions. I am here to help you plan an out-of-this-world race experience.
