Hi! Planning on attending MNSSHP on Halloween. My husband and I want to dress as Maleficent and Hades but have read the policy on dress code and it appears to say that dressing as Disney characters is not allowed. Is this true? Thanks!

    Hi Claire,

Fear not, all Guests are encouraged to wear fancy dress costumes when attending Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party.

Normally, the policy is that adult Guests are not permitted to wear costumes or clothing that could be viewed as representative of an actual Disney character.

Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party is the one exception to this rule where Disney allows all Guests to enjoy wearing fancy dress costumes and join in the fun.

I think that your Hades and Maleficent costumes sound great.

Wishing you a magical trip filled with memories which will last a lifetime!
