Hi all! Planning on attending Chip n Dale sing along on 10/5, what time would this start, how can I find out movie playing afterwards and whats the best way to get there from BLT? We will have a car. Thanks, so excited, only 27 more days to go! :)

    Cari:

Chip 'n' Dale's Campfire Singalong is located at Fort Wilderness and is simple to get to by car or ferry.  The ferry will leave the Contemporary pier, next door to Bay Lake Tower, and stop at Wilderness Lodge first before heading to the fort. The total transfer time is 20 minutes. From the pier, you can walk about 100 yards to the bus stop and take the Yellow bus line to the Meadows Recreation area across from Loop 1500 and walk to the campfire or simply walk the 1/3 mile or so from the pier to the campfire behind Loop 600.

If you take your car, you'll park in the outer parking lot of the fort where the parking is located for the Hoop dee Doo Revue, walk to the Outpost Bus Stop and take the Orange Line bus to the Meadows Trading Post  and walk over the bridge behind it over to the campfire or take the Yellow Line bus to the 1500 Loop and cross over to the Meadows Recreation area bridge that will have signs to the campfire.

The fire pots for the campfire are lit around 7:40 p.m. and the Singalong begins promptly at 8 p.m. and ends at 8:20 p.m. The movie schedule is generally released on the first day of the month. There is no official online movie schedule on Disney's website, so I usually visit the camping thread at www.disboards.com or www.buildabettermousetrap.com (look under Activities & Characters/Outdoor Movie Schedule) to find out what's playing.

    Wishing y'all a magical vacation!

My family of 6 appreciates Disney's value! Although Ft. Wilderness is our second home, we've enjoyed the resorts for business, reunions and romantic getaways. For me, Disney also means dining: last count, I'd eaten at 55 restaurants around the World! Learn More About Whitney
