Welcome back to planDisney, Kathryn!
Boo-To-You! It is spooktacular to hear you will be attending
Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party in only a couple of months! Can you believe that we are already almost to
Autumn? It's my favorite time to visit the Walt Disney World Resort!
Yes! Your daughter will be safely able to trick-or-treat throughout Magic Kingdom Park during the party. Once the party begins, you'll want to find a Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party Cast Member and request an allergy-friendly teal-colored treat bag. Using this teal treat bag, your daughter will be able to trick-or-treat throughout the lands at any of the treat spots. Instead of receiving candy, she'll receive a teal token at the treat stations which you can then exchange later at one of the Allergy-Friendly Centers for special treats.
Allergy-friendly treats can be redeemed at the Liberty Square Ticket Office (available until midnight) and Chamber of Commerce (available until 12:30 AM). I'm not sure what this year's allergy-friendly treats will be, but last year they consisted of sunflower butter candy, gummy bears, lollipops, Enjoy Life bars and some other treats. It was a pretty good assortment.
As a tip, you may want to mention that you have an allergy-friendly treat bag as you go through the line. Some of the treat stations are a little dark and it's tough for the Cast Members to see the bags.
I hope you have a boo-tiful vacation, Kathryn! Please come see us again soon with any other questions you may have.
Magical Wishes,
Lauren
