I am planning to attend EPCOT on March 3rd. I noticed March 4th is the first day of the fall festival. Will I still see some of the fall festival plants on March 3rd? Thanks!

    Hi Katina!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, and Howdy from one Texan to another! How exciting that your trip to Walt Disney World Resort is just a few months away! Have you already booked your Disney Dining Reservations, and made your FastPass+ attraction selections?

I’m happy to report that while the official floral festivities of the Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival, which includes everything from outdoor kitchens to a springtime-long concert series, are planned to kick off on March 4 this year, most of the greenery should be set up and ready to go the day before. Keep your eyes peeled for your favorite Disney pals in topiary form and follow your nose to find some fragrant planted flora all over Epcot.

In keeping with your floral theme, be sure to check out the Living with the Land attraction in the Future World section of Epcot. This gentle boat ride cruises past all kinds of agri AND aquaculture, some of which is served in the festival food booths and everyday dining locations all over this park! And if you’re somebudy who really DIGS plants, check out the really cool Behind the Seeds walking tour. It’s unbe-leaf-able!

Okay, enough of me being clover, errr, clever. I hope you enjoy your semi-bonus festival day, Katina, and We’ll See You Real Soon!
