We are planning to attend Disneyworld Dec.22 -27th. We unfortunately will miss the Minnie Merry Christmas party. We are hoping that the Christmas parade will be running that week. Are there any dining packages offered during that week for the parades?

    Season’s Greetings, Kristina!

Welcome to planDisney, we are so happy to have you. You are visiting during the most magical time of the year, the holiday season. I just love exploring the Walt Disney World Resort during this time of the year in search of seasonal treats and festive decorations. I also tend to purchase a new pair of seasonal Mickey ears around this time of year. Have you seen the new holiday merchandise? It’s beginning to make its appearance throughout the resort now. You can also find holiday gear on the Disney Store website.

I did happen to take a look at the Enchanting Extra offerings, and I don’t see any Enchanting Extras that meet what you are looking to enjoy, outside of Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party. I also checked the events calendar, and since we are still a few weeks away from your visit, the calendar isn’t fully updated. I recommend checking the daily calendar every so often in hopes that the Christmas parade will make a daytime appearance.

A few years ago, my family was visiting around the same time you will be visiting, and we were surprised with a daytime viewing of Mickey’s Once Upon a Christmastime Parade. I remember walking past the Country Bear Musical Jamboree and a Cast Member subtly mentioning that we may want to stick around. We waited, and before we knew it, we had a front row view of the parade. Talk about magic and happy tears all in one! So I hope this type of magic finds its way to you!

Until then, keep checking the daily calendar and wishing on every star that this parade will find its way to you. And if you have any other questions, please send them our way!

    See ya real soon,
