Welcome to planDisney, Niamh. There are a few things that I think you can do to make sure you have the best time with your loved ones, all together, at Walt Disney World.
First up, your
Disney Resort Hotel. Assuming you book the same hotel as your party, you can make room or area requests ahead of arrival, subject to availability, of course. If staying at Disney's Coronado Springs Resort, for example, you could request to be in the same area, like the Cabanas building.
Second, please ensure that your
Park Pass reservations are the same as your fellow Guests, meaning you'll access the same Parks on the same days.
Third, please download the My Disney Experience App and
link with your fellow Guests. Once linked in My Disney Experience, it's easy to make plans together (and it's also easy to 'untick' you from plans when you are not there). Dining reservations, Lightning Lane selections, and many other tools can be used through My Disney Experience - it really is super helpful.
If adult Guests don't want to miss out on their thrill rides, please use
Rider Switch. It means that adults minding the child while the rest of the party boards the attraction can then enjoy the ride without having to wait in the regular line again!
Cast Members at Walt Disney World always try to accommodate Guest needs and requests, and I am confident that you will be able to make many magical memories, together with your fellow Guests. Please reach out if you have any further questions, Louise.
