We're planning on arriving April 23 and staying 6 days. We're doing this at this time because of crowds with our young children. Our oldest has a bday in June and we wanting to make this his BIG birthday gift. Is there a way we could do anything special?

    Hi Ashley,

Have you considered contacting the Disney Florist?  They specialize in magical birthday surprises!  You could arrange for them to leave a special birthday surprise for your little guy in your Disney resort room.  Just imagine the look on his face when he returns to your room after a busy day in the parks to find something left especially for him.

Another option would be to allow him to join the crew at The Pirates League to celebrate his big day.  Little boys just love taking the Pirate Oath and being transformed into a young scalawag!  If this appeals to you, just call (407) WDW-CREW to make an appointment for your son.

Of course, a special meal at one of Disney's many extraordinary character dining experiences would be an awesome way to celebrate too.  Chef Mickey's is a festive choice.  Call (407) WDW-DINE to book a reservation at this incredibly popular restaurant and be sure to let your server and reservation agent know you'll be celebrating your son's birthday.

When it comes to celebrating birthdays, the possibilities at Walt Disney World are endless!  Just let us know if you need additional suggestions.

Please wish your son a very happy birthday from the Moms Panel!
