    We are planning to arrive 11/20 and stay until 11/24, but my other family (2 total) can not confirm until Nov if they can go yet and if so, will fly in 11/22. How would you recommend reservations/getting tickets to avoid leaving them out of a dinner show?

    Hi Robin!

    You didn't say which show you are worried about, but if it is the Hoop Dee Doo Musical Review or the Luau at the Polynesian, you can get a full refund as long as you cancel before 48 hours before your showtime.

    If it is something like La Nouba at Downtown Disney, I don't believe you can get a refund for it.

    If they will be staying in your room and you're worried about Magic Your Way tickets on a vacation package, then my recommendation is not to put them on the reservation until they confirm.  It's relatively easy to add somebody to a vacation package.
