Hi, Evelyn!
Welcome aboard Disney Cruise Line! This will be an amazing vacation for your whole crew. I am glad to hear you are booking
Disney Ground Transportation from the Orlando airport (MCO) to Port Canaveral. This makes for a seamless vacation from airport to cruise port!
Once you land at the Orlando airport, head to baggage claim to gather all your luggage, then head to B-Side, Level 1 (if landing in terminals A or B) or go to Level 6 (if in Terminal C) to check-in for your ground transportation to Port Canaveral. Buses will depart beginning at 10am. You will not need to choose a Port Arrival Time during check-in if you have booked Ground Transportation directly through Disney Cruise Line. Your bus will drop you off at the terminal and you may proceed to the check-in area.
At check-in, you will be given a boarding group number. Once your number is called, it is time to head onto the ship and the magic begins! Boarding day for a Disney Cruise is so exciting with all the energy from the guests and crew as you board your beautiful Disney ship and have a royal welcome from everyone onboard. Have the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator App downloaded on your phone so you can start planning out all the activities taking place during your voyage.
Your stateroom will not be ready until about 1:30pm, so take time to explore the ship, enjoy a delicious lunch, or hop in the pool for a swim! If you have young sailors in your crew, check out the
Oceaneer's Club, and for any teens in your group, head to the teens-only club at
Vibe.
If you have any other questions prior to your cruise, the
planDisney team is happy to help. Once onboard, stop by Guest Services as they will be available 24/7. Wishing you a magical cruise and please say HI to Captains Mickey and Minnie for me!
Cathy
