We are planning to arrive at our Disney resort around 10am and understand that we can't get access to our rooms until 4pm. Will we be able to get our Park tickets before 4pm so we can visit the Parks straight away?

Hi Elizabeth! Check-in is officially 3pm for Disney resorts and 4pm for the Disney villa properties. What this means is that they can't guarantee you your room until that time. With check-out being at 11am the staff has to have a few hours to turn around the rooms and get them prepared for the new guests.

The good news is that you can check-in with the front desk at any time on the day of your arrival. They will process all of your paper work and even give you a key. You won't know to what room you are assigned until it is cleaned and ready and as soon as it is cleared they will text your cell phone or leave a message on it giving you the room number. It is a great system as you can definitely buy park tickets or pick them up as part of your package as soon as you arrive. Check your luggage with the bell staff and they will store it safely until you are in your room. A quick call down to them and they will deliver. Head to the parks and enjoy your first day or just sit by the pool for a few hours of Florida sunshine! Enjoy!
