We are planning an April 2016 trip and I am seeing conflicting information about crowds. Since we will arrive a week after Easter, do you think that the crowds will start to lessen? Thanks!

    Hi Kimberly!

Thank you for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

My favorite resource for crowd-level predictions is the Touring Plans website.  (www.touringplans.com)

I looked at the week following Easter, and they predict crowds to be at a 10 on Monday through Wednesday, followed by an 8 on Thursday and 7 on Friday.  (10 is the highest level, 1 is the lowest)

These levels are probably due to a lot of schools having that week for spring break.  March and April are very popular months to travel to Walt Disney World.

These levels can change as the dates get closer, but you can expect the parks to be pretty busy that week.  It's definitely still a great time to go. It just requires a little more planning ahead and, possibly, a lot more patience!

I hope this helps.  Please let me know if you have any other questions before your trip!
