Planning April 4-10, 2014. Not getting hopper pass. In what order do you suggest we see the parks. We want to do 2 days in Magic Kingdom. Then what resturants in those parks should we reserve. Getting the 2 meal dining plan for 5 days. lots of questions

    Hi Mimi!

A big Congratulations on taking your first Walt Disney World vacation and thank you for visiting us at Disney Parks Moms Panel!Remember we are always here if you ever have any questions.

Disney's offers three dining plans:Quick-Service Dining Plan, Regular Dining Plan and Deluxe Dining Plan.  Each offer different allotments for snack, quick-service and table-service credits depending upon which you have chosen. The Dining Plan is calculated by how many nights your are staying, based on your dates it looks as if you will be getting 6 nights worth of credits and not 5 determined in type by your dining plan. For example if you are going to purchase the regular Dining Plan, you will receive 6 table-service credits,6 quick-service credits,6 snack credits and 1 refillable resort mug per a person on your reservation.

Picking which park you will be visiting on particular days is usually my starting point before planning my dining reservations. These are my park suggestions based on your dates:
    April 5th Animal Kingdom
    April 6th Epcot
    April 7th Magic Kingdom
    April 8th Magic Kingdom
    April 9th Hollywood Studios

I don't include parks on your day of arrival or day of departure due to time constraints, but if you happen to have some time I would check-out Downtown Disney or Disney's Boardwalk. There are also numerous activities outside of the park that are loads of fun without having to use a day's worth of admission.

Walt Disney World has dining to please any palate with atmospheres that are kid friendly to the more adult side. You didn't say if any children would be traveling with, in which case my suggestions would be geared slightly toward more adult locations. If you would like to write me back by putting my name in the question,I would be happy to help make suggestion based on your traveling party.

    Happy Planning!
