Hi, We are planning an 25th anniversary trip in sept. we have been to Disney many times but are looking for something a bit more special to do. Do you have any suggestions?

    HI Patricia!

Thank you for sending in your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

This is a great question.  Since I'm not sure what you have done in the past, I'll make a couple of suggestions.  The biggest thing of course would be to plan a special meal.  If you have never been to Victoria and Albert's in the Grand Floridian, I would suggest that; the Chef's Table at Victoria and Albert's is especially fun and educational.  After that, I would suggest considering the California Grill in the Contemporary Resort.

Another idea is a fireworks cruise.  I would recommend doing a Wishes fireworks cruise as I think it is romantic watching the fireworks from the Seven Seas Lagoon; however, an Illuminations fireworks cruise is also fun and does give you a different viewpoint on Epcot's nighttime spectacular.

The Wild Africa Trek in Disney's Animal Kingdom is a fabulous experience for guests of all ages.  You go backstage and get up close and personal with animals; there is also a special trip on the safari trail and a rest stop.

Another idea is to go on a special tour.  I love the Keys to the Kingdom tour and the Backstage Magic tour.  Keys to the Kingdom takes places in the Magic Kingdom and is a much shorter and less expensive tour.  Backstage Magic is relatively expensive but it is fabulous; you visit backstage areas in all four theme parks.

I hope this helps!  Please write back with more questions!
