    Planning a 20th Anniversary trip (March 2015). Hubby is a HUGE Goofy fan. Are there any private character greeting opportunities? We have done the character dining and meet/greets on previous trips- looking for something different. Other ideas?

    Hi there, Kirsten!

    You're a planner after my own heart. Congratulations on getting started on your Walt Disney World vacation planning nice and early. What an amazing way to spend your 20th Anniversary!

    I am not aware of any private Character Meet and Greets with Goofy at this time. Of course, he is available to sign autographs and pose for pictures at the Theme Parks and at some of the Character Dining venues like you mentioned. For example, he appears at Chef Mickey's during breakfast, lunch and dinner and at Cape May Cafe during breakfast.

    If you are looking to have a small party or reception, you could give the folks at Disney's Fairytale Weddings and Honeymoons a call and inquire as to whether or not Goofy is available to stop in at your private party for a visit. I've seen lots of pictures online of Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse appearing at wedding receptions and it's really cute! If anyone can help, it would definitely be these great Cast Members.
