Hi, Cooper, and welcome back to planDisney! Your trip is just a few weeks away, and pretty soon you'll find yourself in the middle of The Most Magical Place on Earth. I must say I'm a tad bit jealous, but I'm so excited for you! It sounds like you've got the makings of a great adults only trip underway, which is my favorite. Thanks for asking your question about
Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort. Let's get right to it.
Some rooms within Caribbean Beach sleep 5, as long as the 5th Guest is a child. The reason for this is the 5th Guest sleeps on a small, child-size pull down bed, but it's not suitable for an adult. This means the maximum number of adults that can share a room at this resort is 4.
I also need to share with you that certain amenities at hotels within the
Disney Resorts Collection are only available to Guests with a valid hotel reservation at that specific hotel, including use of pools. So, if your friend isn't staying at Caribbean Beach on your reservation with you, using the pool won't be allowed.
I know these weren't the answers you were hoping for, but perhaps you can think about modifying your reservation to a different hotel.
Disney's Art of Animation Resort has suites that sleep up to 6, and they have 2 bathrooms, which come in really handy when everyone is getting ready at the same time. Plus, like Caribbean Beach, it's also on the
Disney Skyliner route, which is convenient for traveling to some of the Disney Theme Parks and other Disney hotels.
Cooper, I hope this has been helpful to you and that your trip is wonderful. Please visit us again with any other planning questions.
Let your dreams guide you!
