Planning my ADR for our trip in September. We want to go to Boma on one of our nights but was worried if we will need to take a taxi back to our resort at Beach and Yacht Club. Is there a way to go around having to take a taxi?

Hi Jacqueline, Great choice! Boma - Flavors of Africa is a "must do" dinner on all of our Disney trips.

You have several transportation options. You are correct that the buses don't run from Resort to Resort. You could hop on a bus bound for Downtown Disney and then switch to one headed to the Yacht and Beach Club. To be honest, though, we've done that several times. It is quite time consuming and eventually we've discovered that it is worth the (maximum) $20 taxi fare to go directly back to our Resort. You could end up saving yourself over an hour of travel time, and to me it's worth it to not waste precious vacation time switching buses when traveling from Resort to Resort. We've been able to take a taxi for only $10 several times as well. Dining inside the beautiful Animal Kingdom Lodge, exploring the Resort and enjoying an incredible meal at Boma is definitely not to be missed.

    Have a wonderful vacation,
