Hi there, I am a planner and went ahead and booked a spring break 2022 trip for wilderness lodge. I found out our schools spring break dates may change but we won't know until this summer. Do I need to cancel? Or can I change my dates this summer?

Hi there, Laura, and welcome to planDisney! From one planner to another, let me say that you’ve come to the right place!

Looking ahead to a Walt Disney World vacation is truly magical, especially in times like these. Disney’s Wilderness Lodge would be an incredible home away from home, and I hope that you are soon able to pay a visit! However, Walt Disney World understands that plans may need to change for Guests during this time, and at times somewhat unexpectedly. As someone who has had to cancel some Disney vacations recently for myself and other family members, I am very grateful for Walt Disney World’s lenient cancellation policies!

Rest assured that should your plans change, you will be able to cancel or modify your vacation as needed. All current vacation cancellation fees and policies are outlined on the Experience Updates pages. At this time, Disney-imposed cancellation fees are waived for stays with arrivals up to April 30, 2021. Otherwise, Disney Vacation Packages can be cancelled without any penalty up until 30 days prior to the start of your vacation. You can find the standard cancellation policies outlined on the Terms and Conditions Pages

Laura, I hope that this information helps you feel secure in your ability to change your plans and in your investment! Please know that we are here for you if you ever need any more help with your vacation plans! Do not hesitate to come back and see us again anytime we can help.

    Wishing you many magical memories,

    Clara
