We had planned to visit WDW in May 2022 and had arranged a DAS pass for our grandson. We had to move our trip to September. Will his pass still be active or do we need to register him again? I

    Greetings, Pam.

Oh boy, your adventure to The Most Magical Place on Earth is just beyond the horizon. I bet you are more than a little excited to make cherished memories with your grandson. Have you considered purchasing Memory Maker for your vacation? It’s the perfect way to guarantee you can look back on snapshots of those memories for years to come.

Pam, once a Guest is registered, their Disability Access Service (DAS) is valid for up to 60 days. Unfortunately, since your trip was rescheduled to more than 60 days out from your grandson’s registration, you will need to register him for DAS again. You have two options for registering for DAS at this time.

    1. You can pre-register for DAS on a live video chat ahead of your trip. This can be done as soon as 30 days in advance of your planned park visit, but no less than two days before your arrival
    2. You can register for DAS in any Guest Relations location in the theme parks when you arrive.
Remember, once you’ve registered and are in a theme park, you can utilize the Same-Day DAS Return Time Self-Selection Tool in your My Disney Experience mobile app to make your next DAS selection. Click “More” at the bottom right of the welcome screen, then tap on the DAS button.

I hope this information helps, Pam, but let me know if you need anything else. I hope your Walt Disney World Resort vacation is practically perfect in every way!

    Until next time,

    Alyssa
