ECV and Wheelchair Rentals are available at the Disneyland Resort on a first-come, first-served basis. Because you cannot reserve a scooter ahead of time and availability is limited, I recommend arriving early to have the best chance of renting one for your mom. These rentals are available outside the theme parks, just east of the Disneyland Park Main Entrance. If you do rent an ECV, it may be used in both
Disney California Adventure Park and
Disneyland Park.
