Hiya Nancy! Welcome to planDisney. I’m so happy to be able to help you today.
Congratulations on booking your
Walt Disney World Resort vacation! You’re one step closer to taking off on the vacation of a lifetime. How exciting! Now, it may not seem like it quite yet, but your visit will be here before you know it and you’ll be off enjoying
Walt Disney World's 50th Anniversary Celebration with your family. And what a fabulous party it is! You're going to absolutely love visiting during this special time with the extra sprinklings of pixie dust all around Walt Disney World in honor of The World's Most Magical Celebration. Of course, you won't want to miss the limited-time special
EARidescent treats available through the parks, including The Crooning Flower float available at
Aloha Isle in Magic Kingdom Park. I’m getting hungry just thinking about it!
Nancy, it looks as if you need to link your Walt Disney World Resort vacation to your
My Disney Experience app, and then you’ll be able to view your plans online. You’ll just need to follow a few easy steps, and you’re on your way! But first, you will need to locate the purchase confirmation email you would have received when you made your reservation. Sometimes this email can get stuck in your spam folder, so if you’re not seeing it, but sure to check there.
Once the email is pulled up, look for the confirmation number and keep it handy. Next, open up the My Disney Experience app and navigate to "Tickets and Passes." Then, click on "Link Tickets & Passes" and "Room with Tickets." Finally, enter your confirmation number and the last name on your reservation, and you are all set!
Now, if you’re still having trouble with any of the steps above or can’t find your confirmation email, your best bet is to call the Disney Resort Hotel Reservations at (407) 939-1936. They will be happy to get your reservation all linked up.
While I have you, just a quick reminder to secure your
Park Pass Reservations for the dates you plan to visit the theme parks. Don’t forget that you'll need to make a reservation for the first park you plan to visit each day. Then, if you have added the
Park Hopper Option to your tickets, you can hop over to another park starting at 2 p.m. each day.
Nancy, it is such a special time to visit Walt Disney World, and you can feel the magic in the air from the moment you arrive. So, make sure to take a moment to look around and take it all in. These are memories that will last a lifetime!
Bye for now,
Diana
