Hello Candace, and welcome to planDisney! You must be so excited to be planning a spring getaway. Let's make some magic!
When you book a
Walt Disney World vacation package, all Guests staying in the same room must also have the same theme park admission as part of the package. To differentiate theme park tickets, I suggest booking a
room-only reservation at the
Resort Hotel of your choice and later going back and purchasing tickets based on each family member's needs. When you arrive at the step in the booking process where you are prompted to add tickets, select "No Tickets." Once your resort reservation is complete, return to
the main page, and under the Parks & Tickets drop-down menu, select "
Theme Park Tickets."
I hope this works out well for you, Candace. If you encounter any problems, call 407-939-5277, and a friendly Cast Member will assist with the booking. My extended family and I frequently find ourselves in a similar situation as we attempt to coordinate vacation and work schedules, so for us, booking our resort room and theme park tickets is often a better fit than a vacation package. As soon as you secure your theme park admission, don't forget to select your park days in advance using the
Disney Park Pass System. It looks like there is plenty of
availability in all four theme parks in late May. Hakuna Matata!
Thanks for stopping by with your question. If there is anything else we can do to make your vacation more magical, please come see us again. While you wait for your adventure to begin, be sure to
follow planDisney on social media for quick tips and in-park experiences. It'll help pass the time before it's time to fly off to Neverland!
See ya real soon!
