Hi Dawn!

How wonderful your grandparents are still able to travel in their nineties. If you are planning a trip to Walt Disney World the second full week of February, I could find no special events listed or extra activities on the park calendars. The Tuesday of that week is the 14th so maybe people are arriving to celebrate Valentine's Day. Keep trying; rooms could become available in the next month.
