I planned a trip to WDW from Dec 27 - Jan 2, but I just got word that lines to get INTO the parks are horrendous during this time of year, we're not early risers so the 7 a.m. at the park is not doing it for us, more like noon would be perfect-any tips?

    Hi Monica!

Yeah, the stories you've heard are pretty spot-on. It's Mega Busy this time of year! Last year, we went for Christmas, and it must have been the busiest I can remember in recent memory...

If you can't make it early, at least try to get in by 9am. The parks actually begin to reach capacity around lunch time and after, particularly due to guests who aren't "early risers"  :-)

Magic Kingdom obviously will be the busiest. I would recommend going there closer to the 27th than the 1st. Everyone wants to be at The Kingdom on New Year's Eve and Day...

Hope things work out, and wishes for a non-stressful experience.
