While I'm almost positive you already made a
theme park reservation while you were purchasing your ticket, it's always a good idea to double-check!
Halloween Time is a popular time in the parks so it's good to get your theme park reservations in order. If you purchased your ticket on the Disneyland website, you likely made a reservation at the time of booking, but let's head into your
Disneyland mobile app to see! Once you open the app, tap the three-bar menu in the bottom right-hand corner and select "Future Plans". Here, you should see any upcoming theme park reservations you have associated with your account!. I'm hoping you see October 25th right there! If you don't see the reservation and you are still getting that error message, it's time to call the Cast Members in
Guest Services. They will be able to take a look at your account and see what is causing the issue!
