Hello, I have planned a trip to Disney this January. We are staying at the Swan and Dolphin. We know that we have to book our shuttle but I have read that the Swan and Dolphin do not get the shuttle. If this is true, how do we get from the airport?

Yes, tis true.  The Swan and Dolphin are resort properties that are not owned by the Walt Disney Company.  Therefore the shuttle service to and from the airport is for the guests of Walt Disney World owned Resort guests.  This gets confusing because once you are at the Resort the transportation to and from the parks is the same as if you were staying at any of the Disney owned resorts.  You will be able to get a boat to Epcot and to Hollywood Studios.  The location is fabulous!!!  I would recommend a Airport shuttle from the airport to the resort.  I often call the resort directly and ask who the resort would recommend for this service.  I hope you have a fabulous visit!!
