We have planned a trip to disney the days of December 1-3. We planned it that way thinking the crowds will be really low....but now I'm reading about Pop Warner and possible Regis and Kelly filming during that time. How bad does this affect the crowds?

Hello Angie - I have traveled to Disney many times in early December and I have always found the crowd level to be quite manageable.  If Pop Warner has an event, the kids are usually tied up during the day with their activities.  (Note, I just checked the Pop Warner website and it looks like their December event starts on December 3rd - the day you check out.)

Additionally, we haven't received any information yet on when the Christmas parade will be taped this year but if Regis and Kelly are filming during those days at Magic Kingdom, it's actually a great time to enjoy the attractions at Magic Kingdom and other parks.  My recommendation would be for you to keep your dates and enjoy the parks.  I've never had a bad experience in early December and hopefully it will be the same for you!  Diane
