    Hi Dani,

Welcome to planDisney! I’m so happy to hear that you’re feeling better and that you’re able to make it out to the Happiest Place on Earth. I’m honored to help make your first visit truly magical!

I see you're planning your trip for November—what a wonderful time to visit! You'll be arriving just in time to catch the tail end of Plaza de la Familia at California Adventure. This celebration runs through November 2 and features a beautiful Meet and Greet with Miguel from Coco and a touching Memory Wall in Paradise Garden, where guests can honor their loved ones. I recommend keeping an eye on the Disney Parks Blog for updates on other seasonal events happening during your visit!

When planning your trip, remember that dining reservations open 60 days in advance. To make your day extra special, consider a table-service meal at Carthay Circle in California Adventure or Café Orleans at Disneyland. You might also want to look into a Fantasmic! Dining Package, which lets you enjoy a delicious meal and get reserved seating for the stunning nighttime Fantasmic! show. It’s a magical way to end the day!

To help you experience as many attractions as possible, I suggest looking into the Lightning Lane Multi Pass. You can visit the Disneyland website to see the current list of attractions included and check which ones you and your mom would love. This pass is valid for both parks, so you may want to consider a Park Hopper ticket, to help you make the most of your magical day.

Another tip: download and explore the Disneyland app ahead of time. It’s a fantastic planning tool! You can view ride wait times, mobile order food, and even locate Disney Characters, including their meeting times and locations. It’s a great way to keep the day running smoothly and spend more time soaking up the magic with your mom.

Dani, I hope this info helps you start planning the trip of a lifetime! If you have any more questions or want extra tips and tricks, don’t hesitate to reach out to me or any of my fellow planDisney panelists. At planDisney, we love chatting about rides, hotels, characters, dining, and everything in between. We’re always here to help you make the most of your Disney dreams!

    See ya real soon!
