    We have planned a last minute trip to WDW and just finished customizing our MagicBands yesterday. Will they be shipped to us or will they be available for us upon checking in to the resort?”

    Hi Jody!

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Oooooh - your trip is so close! Have you started making a list of everything you must see and do and taste while you're visiting? I follow the Disney Parks Blog across all social media platforms for all of the latest and greatest tips and tricks.

    Guests of a Walt Disney World Resort Hotel who planned a last-minute trip under 30 days are indeed able to pick up their customized MagicBands during check-in at their Resort Hotel. Guests who planned an even shorter spur-of-the-moment trip with under seven days notice, like yours truly has done twice, will also receive MagicBands at check-in. However these will not be personalized and will all be the same color, gray.

    Any Disney Resort Hotel guest who did not receive their MagicBands prior to leaving for Walt Disney World Resort may still absolutely utilize Disney's Magical Express transportation service from Orlando International Airport. Simply provide your reservation number at the Magical Express check-in podium and you'll be on your way 'home' in no time.
