I see you planned a large family celebration at Disney. How hard was it to get dining reservations and how did you decide where everyone would sit at each meal? I don't want anyone upset when my large family goes in a few months!

    Hi Kay,

    Thank you for your question.

The best thing to do is to book your dining reservations as early as possible.  You can start booking 180 prior to your trip.

Many restaurants are use to big groups.  Disney is a family experience so it is not unusual to see family reunion groups.

The other thing you can look into is a Grand Gathering.  You need to have 8 or more in your group. There are a number of magical experiences to choose from.  You can speak with a travel planner by calling 407 WDW PLAN.  They can help you plan your experience as well they can help coordinate your accommodations and dining.

For dining reservations you can call 407 WDW DINE

Have fun with your family, I am sure it will be a magical and memorable experience!
