Hello, Nancy! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!
I am excited to read that another
Walt Disney World vacation is in your future! This place never loses its MAGIC and I can guarantee that you will find many new experiences that you did not see on your last visit. With all my travels to WDW, I never fail to experience a "whole new world."
Unfortunately, Walt Disney World tickets are nontransferable and nonrefundable. Therefore, you may not allow another grandchild to use it. However, since the ticket is unused, you may be able to make the upgrade to an adult ticket by just paying the difference for your grandson. Once you arrive at WDW, visit Guest Services which can be found at any of the WDW Theme Parks. Have your ticket and grandson with you.
Diane's Tip of the Day: Looking for some great Disney merchandise prior to your arrival? The
Shop Disney Parks App has it all. You'll want to visit this app real soon.
Have a MAGICAL day and "SEE YOU REAL SOON!"
