We have planned our very first vacation package for 5 days and 4 nights on property. How can we get our tickets to use on the day of our arrival? We plan on hitting the parks early in the a.m. and check in isn't til the afternoon at our hotel.

Hi Anna, Great news... As soon as you arrive at Disney, your Magical vacation can begin!

Simply head over to your Resort and check-in. While your room may not be available, you can still take care of all of the paperwork. You'll be given your "Key to the World" cards at that time. These include your Park passes and your dining credits (if you purchased the Disney Dining Plan). You'll then be free to head out and enjoy the Parks, grab a bite to eat, even attend evening Extra-Magic Hours before officially setting foot in your room. You can have Guest Services at the Resort store your bags for you. Later in the day, your Key to the World Card will also become your room key. You can stop by the Front Desk on your way back into the Resort to learn your Room number. Another neat option is that you can provide the Front Desk with your cell phone number. When your room is clean and available, they will text the room number to your phone. Pretty cool, huh?

Hope this helps and that you have a Magical first vacation at Disney World,
