Hello, I have planned a Disney vacation with my wife for early Febuary 2011. I noticed that the price I got on the room was much cheaper then some of the other months. Is there any down side to go to Disney World during the off season?

    Hello, Matt!

Oh, there is never a dull moment at Walt Disney World even during non-peak months.  With the parks being less crowded, you will definitely spend less time waiting in lines and winding your way through crowds.  When my family and I are lucky enough to visit during non-peak months, we have a sense of "calmness".   The parks may close earlier during this time, but this is due to the fact that their guests are able to experience the parks fully due to low crowd levels.  You will be able to catch many of the beautiful parades and fireworks.  Their schedules are already in place, so make sure to plan ahead by visiting the Walt Disney World Resort page.

I hope your trip is MAGICAL!  Trust me, you will have a wonderful vacation and it looks like you have already taken advantage of the lower rates.
