    We had planned a Disney Cruise in Jan 2015 but with 6 and 2 year old boys we decided to do DW instead, more predictable and flexible. We are staying 5 days at Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort. What things are a must? What do you suggest for dining? etc.

    Thank you so much for sending me your questions.  I am honored to help plan your family's magical vacation.  A Disney Cruise is certainly a wonderful adventure, however, with your little ones I think you will have a practically perfect time exploring the Walt Disney World Resort.

    Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort is one of my family's absolute favorites.  Your kids will love splashing around the Fuentes Del Morro Pool and the nearby splashtastic kiddie area.  We also love watching the evening movies, roasting marshmallows and enjoying a ride around Barefoot Bay in one of the Surrey Bikes. There is so much to do and love at this resort.

    As far as Disney Dining goes, well I could take a whole day listing all of my favorite places and foods! Dining truly is one of my favorite parts of our Disney vacations.  A few of my favorite table-service locations in each park offering character experiences are: The Garden Grill, the Disney Junior Play 'n Dine at the Hollywood & Vine, Tusker House Restaurant and The Crystal Palace.  For quick-service, I would try to book Be Our Guest Restaurant for lunch or visit the Pecos Bill Tall Tale Inn & Cafe, Pizzafari, La Cantina de San Angel, or the Backlot Express.
