I have planned a cruise 02/2011 for my daughter's 5th birthday on the DREAM and was wondering if it would be possible to have a birthday cake at one of the dinners on the ship for her? Thanks, Jennifer

    Hi Jennifer,

There is no better way to celebrate a milestone than with a Disney Cruise Vacation!  Thankfully DCL is all about helping you to celebrate, and they encourage you to indicate anything special you may be celebrating while onboard.  So yes, it is totally possible - and simply magical to have your daughter surprised by a birthday dessert during your meal.

Simply have this celebration noted on your cruise reservation, if you haven't already done so you can call (800) 951-3532 an a reservations cast member can assist you.  Once onboard you will more than likely be approached by your server to confirm which day you would like to celebrate her birthday.  If they don't happen to mention it, don't be afraid to bring it up - they would feel terrible if there was a miscommunication and they didn't get the chance to sing her happy birthday!

I hope this helps, have a wonderful time!
