Hi Charlie-May and bienvenue to planDisney!
Firstly, I really feel for you as this is a tricky situation to be in, due to the fact that your planned visit, next March/April, will now coincide with the opening of
World of Frozen at the reimagined
Disney Adventure World.
You do have a few different options but, none of them are a perfect solution, I'm afraid:-
1/ You could purchase your Annual Pass, in advance of your visit, via the
French version of the Disneyland Paris website. This would allow you to register your visit dates straight away (assuming that the Annual Pass you buy, is valid for use, on the dates of your intended visit). You can check the Bronze, Silver and Gold Pass Validity Calendars on the Disneyland Paris website.
The only downside to this option would be that your Annual Pass would commence on the date of purchase which is a good few months before you will actually arrive. The other thing to consider is that you are only able to make 3 simultaneous registrations, at any one time.
2/ You could book a room only stay at a Disney Hotel which would guarantee access into the Disney Parks during your stay, when using an Annual Pass which is valid for use, on those particular dates. Please note that it is only possible to book room only stays by
calling the Client Relation Center or, via a third party travel agent.
The possible drawback with this option is that you may find that the cost of a room only stay isn't much different to the price of booking a Hotel + Ticket package due to the fact that park tickets are highly discounted when included as part of a package.
3/ You could wait to purchase your Annual Pass until you arrive on the 30th March, as originally planned, but, this option runs the risk of there being no park registrations available to book for the remaining dates of your trip.
The only ways to be completely sure that you will be able to access the Disney Parks on the dates of your visit would be to either purchase dated park tickets rather than an Annual Pass, purchase a Hotel + Ticket package which includes park tickets for every day of your stay or, to book a stay at a Disney Hotel, for throughout your visit, whilst using an Annual Pass for entry to the Disney Parks.
I'm sorry that this likely wasn't the news that you were hoping for but, will keep my fingers crossed that you'll be able to enjoy a fantastic birthday trip to Disneyland Paris.
Before I go, Charlie-May, I'm not sure if you're aware, or not, but, the Annual Pass range is changing with effect from the 12th February 2026 so, if you do decide that you want to proceed with purchasing an Annual Pass, it might be worth considering purchasing one prior to then, when the new prices kick in.
There's lots to think about, for sure.
Wishing you a magical holiday filled with memories which will last a lifetime!
Emma
