    If we planned, booked, and paid for our trip/tickets on disney website, when do we get our tickets???

    Magical Greetings Aleshia and thanks for stopping by the Moms Panel with your DIsney vacation planning question.  

    You actually will not receive your tickets until you arrive at your Disney World Resort hotel on check-in day.  After checking in, you will receive your hard-plastic "Key to the World" card which has a unique magnetic strip on the back.  This card will serve as your park ticket, room key, and room charge during your visit to Walt Disney World!  The Key to the World card is one of my favorite perks exclusive to Walt Disney World Resort hotel guests because it is so convenient to have everything in one place!  So much less to keep up with!
