Hi Camila! Visiting Walt Disney World during the holidays is especially magical. The parks are decorated and everything is lit up and sparkling and it is certainly one of my favorite times of the year.
There are several holiday events that take place and the most popular is the Epcot
Candlelight Processional. This event is held three times nightly until after New Years and it is the story of Christmas done through songs and narration. There are guest narrators as well as the choirs of Disney and choirs from schools around the country. It is an unbelievable and unforgettable experience. You can reserve a
Candlelight Dining Package which I highly suggest as it will guarantee you a seat for an assigned performance. The stand-by line is extremely long and many do not get in. There is not a specific ticket for this but if you get the dining package of course you would be paying for the meal. It also requires a park ticket for that day.
Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party is also a holiday event in the Magic Kingdom that is a special separate ticketed event but they will not be holding those anymore at the date of your arrival.
Hollywood Studios is also having the new
Jingle Bell, Jingle Bam show nightly through the holidays. This is a projection and fireworks show for all the Studio guests enjoyment each night.
And don't forget to visit the resorts such as the Grand Floridian to see the life size gingerbread house and the Beach Club for the chocolate carrousel.
