    I am Planing a trip in November for Thanksgiving. If I buy the Genie+ do I still have to buy the lightning lane entrances or are they included with the $20.00 for the Genie + ?

    Hi Pamela, and thank you for your Genie+ question.

    My son and I have used Genie+ at the Disneyland Resort a few times now and love having access to the Lighting Lanes. With your purchase of Genie+, you will have access to book Lightning Lanes for almost 20 select attractions in Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park.

    There are three rides, however, where the Lightning Lane access will be an additional cost whether you have Genie+ or not. These are called Individual Lightning Lanes and currently are an option for Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance, WEB SLINGERS: A Spider-Man Adventure, and Radiator Springs Racers.

    Before I let you go, another benefit of Genie+, in addition to Lightning Lanes, is access to unlimited Disney PhotoPass downloads for the day. The new Avengers Campus Entrance PhotoPass location is an excellent option for practicing your superhero pose, and I highly recommend it.
