Ramon from CA Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

We are planing to go to WDW in June 2025 but would like to know the dates for the Grad night so we can avoid those dates if possible and schedule a visit to the parks around it. Also is grad night all parks or just a few?

    Hi Ramon!

Thanks for stopping by planDisney with your question!

I'm happy to tell you (and sad to tell the graduating Seniors) that Walt Disney World no longer hosts Grad Nite, an exclusive special event for High School Seniors that used to be held at Magic Kingdom Park. I believe the last year it was held in Walt Disney World was 2011. However, the tradition continues at Disneyland in California!

Since Grad Nite events are no longer held at Walt Disney World, you won’t need to worry about scheduling around those dates for your June 2025 trip! You can enjoy all the parks without the concern of Grad Nite crowds.

While Grad Nite is no longer a factor, there are other events and considerations to keep in mind:

Summer Crowds: June is a popular time for families to visit, so you can typically expect larger crowds and longer wait times.
    • EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival: This festival usually runs from spring until early summer, featuring beautiful garden displays, outdoor kitchens, and live entertainment. Once they announce the dates for 2025, you can find them on the Flower & Garden Festival page on the official Walt Disney World website.
    • Weather: June can be quite hot and humid in Florida, with frequent afternoon thunderstorms. Plan for plenty of breaks, hydration, and indoor activities to stay cool - and pack a poncho!

I encourage you to keep an eye on the Disney Parks Blog and the official Walt Disney World website for any special events or announcements that might affect your plans.

With no Grad Nite events at Walt Disney World, you can focus on planning a magical and stress-free vacation. Enjoy your trip, and as Mickey Mouse would say, "See ya real soon!"

I hope your Disney vacation is filled with magic and memories!
