Hiya, Karla,
At this time, each Guest of the Disneyland Resort theme parks must have both a
theme park ticket and a
theme park reservation. Because the number of park reservations on a given day is limited, it is possible for all of the reservations to be booked by other Guests. But don’t let that deter you. Of course, if another date happens to work for you to visit, you may purchase tickets and book reservations for then. Also, Guests often need to change their plans. When they cancel their reservations to re-book for another date, their original reservation may become available to you. So I recommend checking the
theme park reservation availability calendar frequently for opportunities to book those reservations for your visit. You may also consider different ticket types. There are different pools of reservations for
one-park-per-day tickets and for
Park Hopper tickets.
Tony’s Tip: If you are staying at one of the three
Disneyland Resort Hotels, you may also dip into the pool of
theme park reservations exclusively for hotel Guests. Simply stop by the "
My Hotel Reservations" page on the Disneyland Resort website to start the process of booking your park reservations from this separate set.
I’m wishing on a star that you find park reservations that will work for you, Karla. If you have any more questions about your visit to the Disneyland Resort, I hope you’ll visit us again here at planDisney.
See ya real soon!
