Hey Hannah!
Thanks for bringing your question to us here on the Disney Parks Moms Panel. You and your little ones are going to have the vacation of a lifetime at the Happiest Place on Earth.
When it comes to taking your own stroller to the Disneyland Resort, it
must be no larger than 36" wide by 52" long and wagons are not permitted, so your stroller should be just fine with the dimensions you provided. You will find that many Guests opt to take their own strollers to the parks. We love knowing our son will be comfortable in his own stroller that he is used to using at home. Stroller parking is conveniently located near all attractions at both parks. I advise putting a unique identifier on your stroller so you can easily spot it in a crowded stroller parking area if necessary. Sometimes Cast Members may move your stroller to a nearby location while you are on an attraction to make room for other Guests' strollers, so this identifier will be extremely helpful. We like to tie some ribbons to our stroller handle that we can easily spot from a distance.
Since you will have little ones with you, make sure you stop by the
Baby Care Centers in each park for private spaces to change and feed your little ones. These locations also offer baby essentials if you need anything in a pinch. For potty-training toddlers, tiny toilets are also available. These have been a life-saver for my independent three year old.
I hope this helps. Have a magical day!
