Our plane lands at Noon. What time I expect the ME bus to leave the airport for WDW? Do the buses run every hour, half hour, whenever needed? I was hoping to be at Epcot for 3:00 reservations. Is it possible?

    Hi Debra,

We love using Disney's Magical Express and find it convenient, quick and reliable. The buses do not operate on a specific schedule but rather run continuously throughout the day and evening. The Cast members on hand do a great job of loading the buses and moving them along in a timely fashion. I can not recall waiting more than fifteen minutes to board a bus.

The ride from Orlando International Airport to Disney World is just around thirty minutes and the magical Express buses often make approximately three stops at different Disney resorts, so how long the actual trip takes will also depend on whether you are the first or last stop. All total, from landing to arriving at our Disney resort, I typically plan for sixty to ninety minutes. Once at the resort you will want to check-in and drop off any bags. Once you are settled in, you will need to take a Disney bus from your resort to Epcot.

You could most likely make a 3:00 reservation but you may be cutting it close, and if you run into any unexpected delays you will probably be late. It may be a good idea to allow at least an extra thirty minutes if not an hour just so you are not rushed.

Hope you have a great time!
