If our plane lands at MCO at 17:15 what time will we arrive at Animal Kingdom Lodge using the magical express? and what time would be suitable to book dinner at our hotel that evening?

Hello again Phoebe and thanks for asking the Disney Parks Moms Panel another great question about your jolly holiday plans to visit the magic of Walt Disney World Resort.
I'm more than happy to share my travel experiences with you because just as you describe my family also usually arrives from the United Kingdom via Orlando International Airport (MCO) before boarding Disney's Magical Express to our Disney Resort accommodation!
Upon arrival to the United States of America all international visitors must 1st pass through U.S Immigration before collecting luggage and heading to Customs Control after which Guests staying at Walt Disney World Resort should proceed to the Main Terminal Building - Side B, Level 1 to the Ground Transportation area where Disney's Magical Express is located.
It may be helpful to know that at busy times passing through U.S Immigration can take quite some time and in my own personal experience I would rather plan to eat a Quick Service meal or even order Disney Resorts Private Dining upon arrival at Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge rather than to book an Advanced Dining Reservation at a Table Service restaurant and risk not making the time due to airport arrival delays or even traffic hold-ups which are totally beyond your control.
    Have a great Disney day.
