If our plane arrives at 12:30, and we are staying at Port Orleans-French Quarter and would like to boat over to Morimoto Asia for 3:15 reservations, are we cutting it too close? If an earlier reservation comes open, what would be reasonable time?

    Hi, Michelle!

Your 3:15pm dining reservation will give you plenty of time to get from the airport to Disney Springs. When flying, you must consider any flight delays, crowds, and possible traffic from the airport. When taking Disney's complimentary transportation, often times you will wait until the bus is full and you may make a few stops before reaching Disney's Port Orleans, French Quarter.

Whenever my family flies in and has dining reservations, I'm always mindful of the time and give us at least 3 hours between our scheduled flight arrival and our preferred dining time. Even if you arrive to Disney Springs a little early, you can always enjoy the sights, sounds, and smells of some of the new additions to this area.

Tip: If an earlier time becomes available, I would make a reservation no earlier than 2:45pm.

Michelle, enjoy your magical getaway! Oh and while at Morimoto Asia, be sure to try to the spare ribs! They are my favorite!

Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel!
